I purchased multiple registrations to a course. How do I add new users?
When you have successfully purchased a product using group registration, you can then add new participants (after admin approval). Admin approval may take up to 48 business hours to process.
Step 1: Log into your account with your user name and password.
Step 2: Select Group Registration from top navigation menu drop down. You can find the drop-down under My Training.
Step 3: Follow the prompts on the page to add a new user.
When you have added a new user, and email will be sent directly to the user with their login details.
Exemplar Global College allows you to now enrol / register multiple participants in a course or assessment.
All you need to do is click the “Enable Group Registration” box on the product description page and then select the number of participants you would like to register.
When you click the “Add to cart” button, you will be directed to the shopping cart for payment.
Please make sure that you can see the words “Group Registration” listed under the product name. If you cannot see these words, please return to the product description page of your selected course to enable group registration.
When you have successfully purchased a product using group registration, you can then add new participants (after admin approval) by logging into your account and selecting Group Registration from the My Training drop down navigation menu.

Exemplar Global College does not provide a copy of your completed assessment. During the assessment process, you are provided feedback after each question to let you know if your answer was correct or incorrect.
We are not able to diagnose individual computer issues however it is suggested that you further implement the following trouble-shooting suggestions on the computer that you are using to access the training.
- Review our system requirements and ensure that the computer or device you are using meets these requirements. Click here for system requirements.
- Make sure that your internet browser is refreshed and your cache has been cleared. To find out how to clear your cache, please click here.
- Update your internet browser to the latest version. Our training will work with all of the latest browsers. We recommend Chrome or Edge (previously known as IE)
- If possible, view the training on a different computer or device

If there are any operational issues with the Exemplar Global College website a notice will appear on the website, the support page and within your training portal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue two separate certificates from the one account. When completing the assessment, you are required to take the assessment under your own account. There is no issue using the same computer, however you need to ensure that you are logged into your account prior to commencement.
Sometimes participants do not agree that the answer that they select during the assessment process is incorrect.
The Exemplar Global College course and assessment development process is based on extensive input from both industry peers and experts. All assessments have been extensively tested by industry peers and experts to set both the correct and incorrect answers and the passing mark.
It is recommended that all participants complete any knowledge research or associated courses prior to attempting these assessments.
You can change your first and last name from your account settings.
To access this area, login into your Exemplar Global College training portal and then go to My Training / My Account / Edit Account.
You will now be able to change your first name and last name in this section.

If you have started your course already and have been able to see the training videos previously, you need to refresh your internet browser and clear you cache. To find out how to clear your internet browser cache, please click here.
You are not able to purchase multiple copies of the same course / assessment with the same customer email. The email address that you provide is considered to be our unique user identifier.
If you wish to purchase more than one copy of the same assessment, please ensure that you use different email addresses in your separate orders.
(1) My boss purchased the same course for multiple staff in our office using the same credit card details.
(2) Somebody else used my computer to purchase the training when I was still logged in. This caused their details to be registered with the sale rather than my email details.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log into the Exemplar Global College Website.
Please trouble shoot using the following questions:
(1) Is the user name and password correct?
- Please note that your access details for Exemplar Global College will be different to your login for the main Exemplar Global website.
- You may have provided an incorrect email address when you purchased your training. Please contact us using our support ticket system.
- Please check both the username and password that you are using to login with. You can request a new password to be sent from the login page.
(2) Did you receive your username and password after your purchase?
- No. You may have provided an incorrect email address when you purchased your training. Please contact us using our support ticket system.
(3) Have you purchased any training from this website?
- You will not be able to access protected areas of the Exemplar Global College website unless you have purchased a training or assessment product.
When you purchase any training course through the Exemplar Global College an invoice will be emailed to you with your purchase and registration details. If for any reason you misplace this email, you can easily download a copy from within your training portal.
How to access your Exemplar Global College tax invoice
Step 1: Log into the Exemplar Global College website with your user name and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the “My Account” menu item. Go My Training > My Account
Step 3: Click on the PDF invoice located next to your recent order to download.
Step 4: Save this PDF invoice to your selected location on your computer or device.
As part of the assessment process you are provided with two opportunities to retake the assessment. These opportunities can be accessed in your individual training portal.
If you find that you have not been successful on all three attempts, you will be required to re-purchase the assessment.
Please note that should your re-assessment be unsuccessful, no further attempts will be allowable through the Exemplar Global College website.
No. The majority of courses presented in the Exemplar Global College is online only. To increase your knowledge and retention of information provided in the online courses it is suggested that your own notes are taken during the video presentations. You can pause, rewind and replay any of the videos used in the training to assist in your understanding of the subject matter.
As part of the assessment process you are provided with two opportunities to retake the assessment. These opportunities can be accessed in your individual training portal. If you do not meet the minimum competency mark, you will be required to re-purchase the assessment.
If you are required to re-purchase an assessment, please use the support ticket system to advise your purchase. Your previous assessment attempts will then need to be manually cleared before you can re-take the assessment.
If you have only purchased an “assessment”, it is suggested that you complete any associated learning material before attempting the assessment again.
Please note that should your re-assessment be unsuccessful, no further attempts will be allowable through the Exemplar Global College website.
After you have purchased and completed a course you may leave a review. To ensure the credibility of reviews on our products, you must have purchased the course. To leave a review:
(1) Log into your account
(2) Click on the “shop” tab in the top navigation bar.
(3) Select a product that you have purchased and wish to leave a review on.
(4) Write your review
When you purchase a course or training for Exemplar Global College, your user name and password are automatically sent to you.
This occurs when your payment has been successful.
Your user name and password are sent to the email address that you provided during the checkout process.

If you purchased training for more than one (1) person, using the same email address, you will not be sent additional login details for additional people. These login details and registration details will only generate for the first person. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us through our support system.

Our system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Yes. The training provided by Exemplar Global College is hosted online. This means that you can view anywhere, at any time, as long as your device is connected to the internet.
Operating Systems Supported
The Exemplar Global College training videos are able to be viewed on almost every OS including Mac OS, Windows and Linux.
We also work with all of the major browsers and versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc.
Online training delivered through the Exemplar Global College uses online videos which will work on any browser that supports Adobe Flash and/or HTML5. The only requirement for viewing Flash content is Flash Player 9 or greater. To check which version of Flash you are running, head to their download page. To ensure the best play-back, we typically recommend remaining up to date with your Flash version whenever possible.

Mobile OS Support
If you can view videos on your mobile device from YouTube or any major video site, you should be able to view any of the video training materials used by the Exemplar Global College.
At this point, there are basically two main methods to view video on the mobile web: Flash and HTML5. Newer Android phones (4.1 and up) and iOS devices, such as iPhones and iPads, support HTML5. Older Android devices have a native playback mode and support for flash. We have found the most consistent support on all iOS devices, and Android devices running version 2.2 or later.
Blackberry at this point supports neither HTML5 or Flash. As a result, there is not a consistently available way to deliver video via the web to Blackberry devices.
Internet Connection Speed
The minimum viable connection speed to reliably stream videos used in our training matieral is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.

Your certificate is provided as a pdf document. These can be found within your ‘my training’ or from the side bar visible from the “My Training” page. You can then print directly to your selected printer.
If you are an Exemplar Global certified auditor, please email a copy of your certificate to email@example.com to have your certification updated.
You can easily change your user details, including your password by clicking on the ‘my account’ tab in the training navigation bar.

You can now update your details including your password.
After you have successfully purchased your training you will be automatically redirected to the training area. Just click on the “My Training” tab in the navigator to start your training.
You should be able to see your purchased training and/or assessments in the training list. Click on the title link to start your training.
Alternatively, after purchase you will be sent an email that contains your user name and password. Use these details to log into your training area by clicking on the Login tab in the navigation bar.
